After more than 18 years of development, the test center has built a test site of about 2,800 square meters and a test team of over 30 people. It basically covers the development and verification test projects of air conditioning and thermal management systems for both traditional and new energy vehicles, and has relatively comprehensive test development capabilities. At the same time, multiple test capabilities and test equipment have been developed and completed, and 10 invention patents and 17 utility model patents have been obtained. The test center covers multi-disciplinary and multi-field test verification capabilities, including heat exchange performance tests of air conditioning systems and their components, heat exchange performance tests of engine cooling modules, fan air volume performance tests, noise tests, welding analysis, cleanliness tests, linear tests of air conditioning and heating, reliability in climatic environments, reliability in corrosion resistance, mechanical reliability, and performance bench tests of vehicle air conditioning systems. Equipped with nearly 72 sets of professional testing equipment and various instruments and meters, it has a comprehensive vibration testing system for temperature, humidity, pressure, vibration, etc., a temperature and environmental shock system, a vehicle air conditioning performance bench testing system and other leading domestic equipment and testing methods, which can support more than 130 types of tests
